In just a matter of minutes, we can have your first batch started. Once the batch is mixed, all you have to do is be patient and return in 4 to 6 weeks when the wine is ready to be bottled. Wine Making Oshawa
3-Step Process

The first step is choosing from over 220 styles. Don’t worry; we can help you decide depending on your unique tastes and preferences.

You mix the ingredients yourself! This will take only 10 minutes or so.

Return in 4 to 6 weeks to bottle your wine. Customers typically finish with 30, 750ml bottles of wine. The entire process takes approximately 30 minutes of your time.

Bottling Your Wine
You’ve patiently waited for 4 to 6 weeks and now it’s time to return to our shop! You can bring clean bottles with you or purchase new bottles from us. We have different styles available. In just a matter of minutes, our bottle sanitizer will disinfect and rinse your bottles. We can do all 30 at once!
Our bottling stations include an automatic bottle filler, pneumatic corker and your own personal sink. Your wine will be ready to go in less than 30 minutes.

During Fermentation
Still Brewing’s staff will carefully monitor your wine with a computerized tracking system and make sure your batch is ready for you as scheduled.
Filtered Water
To ensure optimum fermentation and great-tasting wine, Still Brewing works with filtered, temperature-controlled water in a sanitized environment. As a sister company to the Oshawa water purification specialists at Still Water, we know all about quality water and will use only the best for your wine.
